The innovative distillation process, Cold Distillation , used to create OXLEY™ yields incredibly small quantities of exceptionally high quality spirit. Only 240 bottles of OXLEY can be made each day, making OXLEY a genuine rarity. The total Cold Distillation process, after maceration, takes 5 - 6 hours. After this the spirit is checked rigorously to ensure its outstanding quality. OXLEY is then carefully bottled at 47% ABV after which the bottle is hand-wrapped with a leather tie to signify the final seal of quality. Every drop of OXLEY is one to be savoured.
